The real estate industry has drastically changed from my first year in 2006. As a realtor I have adapted to the consistently changing market with my buyers, sellers, tenants and investors. Real estate agents need to be current with not only the home prices, but the growth and decline in a community, school information, and transportation options. My Communication degree from Rutgers University has strengthened my negotiation skills, as well as my professional networking both on and offline. My diligence and dedication to my clients is what makes me stand out from the rest.
Having lived 35 years in Middlesex County, my knowledge and expertise of the area has been beneficial to friends, family and clients However, my experience is not limited to Middlesex as I have also sold homes in Somerset, Union, Morris, Hudson, Monmouth, and Ocean counties. As a New Jersey real estate professional, I have experienced different needs and wants from my clients to which I have provided the best service and professionalism in my field. I am available every day of the week and I am accessible via multiple forms of communication. I not only understand the real estate market, but have a vision for the potential possibilities in a home. I have apprenticed as a carpenter, I have renovated and sold homes with investors, and I am a property manager for multiple units. By utilizing my construction background I strongly feel that I can help many home buyers, sellers and renters for years to come because your life’s biggest investment is important to me.
